Worst service, they ask for payment first and after making the payment they told me that service is not available at my location. When raised a ticket for refund they told it wi be processed with 6 days. But it's 10th working day still I do not see refund credited to my account. Re:[## 850751 ##] No one assigned neither visited

Horrible service.People were very lax in responding to the request of profile, they sent me the profile more than 24 hours after requesting it . I was told that they would send someone but then they sent someone else, who promptly refused service after coming to my house saying she was sick , one if she was sick why would they send her to take care of a patient , two if she was lying that is utterly incompetent. Please don't use them for your loved ones. Never again!!!!

Please refund the amount as it was my first and bad experience of booking the physcio and no one came yet at my location and even I am not getting any updates it's been more than one hour. Its better I should approach physcio near my location. It's my fault I just approach this service just seeing the ads.
